Shipping & Delivery
If the good are chosen for delivery it is based on a flat-rate for all items. Delivery Starts at £6.95 for Second Class delivery, and £12.95 for First Class which may be higher depending on item size and weight. An option to collcect the item in-store can be selected and is free, but item will need to be arranged at the store of your choice, and 48 hours must be allocated for this. At the point of payment and order confirmation, there is a choice of which store to collect from. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days to mainland UK. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure about any delivery options, please fill out an online enquiry form.
Privacy & Security
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the BestforDIY Privacy Policy in these Terms and Conditions, any material you transmit or post to the website shall be considered non-confidential or non-proprietary.

We shall have no obligation with respect to such material. We and our designers shall be free to copy, disclose, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, text and other content embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Returns & Replacements
Refunds will be give on all products, provided items are unopened and not damaged. Faulty items will be given a full cash refund. In most cases which there is no valid reason for return, Credit notes will be issused which may be redeemed in store or online.
Ordering

When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

BestforDIY cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.

Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is made through paypal, with most major credit and debit cards accepted. Once confirmed payment is made, good will be shipped, or arranged for colllection depending on which delivery option is selected at the time of order.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by signing into your account, and will be updates based on the progress of the order.
Account Information

If you decide to register with the BestforDIY website, take care of your account by never sharing your user details with anyone, and selecting a password unique to this site. Each registration is for a single user only. You should not share your user name and password with any other person, or with multiple users on a network.
